Do you travel by 4x4 or motorcycle and create authentic content rather than polished advertising?
We are looking for creators who are passionate about adventure, life on the road, and strong storytelling.

What you bring:

• Strong focus on video content (Reels / Shorts); photography is also welcome
• Off-road travel, overlanding, or motorcycle travel is your area of interest
• Reliability, clear communication, and a professional way of working
• Authentic storytelling without an artificial advertising style

From riding motorcycles or driving off-road vehicles into the Sahara,
to crossing entire continents,
going on safari in an overland truck, or hiking through the jungle of West Papua.

For our tourism team in our office in the heart of Tübingen’s old town, we are currently looking for reinforcement.

Motorcycle Tour Guide

We are looking for additional motorcycle tour guides for the following destinations:

• Two motorcycle tour guides for North and South Africa from 2026
• One motorcycle guide and coordinator for South America from January 2026
• One motorcycle guide for Australia and New Zealand from the end of 2026
• One motorcycle co-guide with certification / green card for Central America from mid-2026

Type: Freelance / tour-based
Start: Depending on destination and season

🚙 4x4 Off-Road Tour Guide / Travel Companion

We are looking for additional 4x4 off-road tour guides for the following destinations:

• 4x4 tour guides for Algeria, Libya, Tunisia, Morocco, and Dakar for 2026
• One 4x4 co-guide with certification / green card for Central America from mid-2026

Type: Freelance / tour-based
Start: Depending on destination and season

🧭 Training as a Motorcycle or 4x4 Tour Guide

You can apply for training as a freelance tour guide.
Please note:
The first trip is completed as a fully paying participant.
The second trip is as a co-guide.
The third trip is as a guide with a trainer.
The fourth trip is as a guide with a co-guide for work shadowing.

🌍 International Opportunities

• Spain:
  For our office in Spain / Lanzarote / Costa Teguise, we are looking for a tourism professional who speaks Spanish at a native level.
• USA / UK:
  We are planning to expand our English-speaking operations with additional partners in 2026.
• France / Italy:
  We are looking for franchise partners for both countries from mid to late 2026.
