All camping accommodations on the motorcycle expedition in Africa:

• - Hotel and lodge accommodations throughout the tour as advertised
• - Breakfast and dinner from the expedition kitchen
• - Guide in the expedition vehicle, a Land Rover Defender Pick-Up
• - The tour operator, OVERCROSS, provides a towing service in case of emergencies
• - Provision of a satellite phone
• - Travel insurance certificate (insolvency protection according to BGB §651r) is mandatory for all OVERCROSS trips
• - Online tour guide connected to us via satellite tracker
• - Maps for the Africa crossing
• - Support with visa questions and organization if needed
• - Tour folder with travel information to prepare for the motorcycle expedition
• - Equipment and packing list for preparing the motorcyclists
• - Rental motorcycle: YAMAHA Tenere 700 from 2022/2023 or similar

Upgrade 1:

Only bookable together with the base package

Accompaniment in the expedition/support vehicle:

• - Fully equipped 4x4 expedition off-road vehicle with guide for a maximum of 3 participants
• - Transport of the vehicle from Europe to Africa and back to Europe
• - Organization of all border formalities
• - Customs clearance of the expedition off-road vehicle, including fees
• - Alternatively, rental off-road vehicle

• -€99 - GPS including GPS holder and power connection: 
•   GPS is mounted behind the windshield of the YAMAHA Tenere 700 Rally for you.
• -€200 - Motorcycle camp equipment: 
•   The camp equipment includes: aluminum case / tent / sleeping mat / sleeping bag. Alternatively, you can bring your own.
• - €800 - Hotel accommodation:  
•   Based on double occupancy, bookable instead of camping.
